Direwolf20 1.10 looking to fill an area with water

I used a flood gate to do this in the past but it's not part of the pack. Is there anything that works in a similar way in this pack.

Hmm no. The Builder can do much but it cannot really do that. However there might be a way if you move a body of water from an ocean to the desired location. The water should reform in the ocean
