Mod Pack: Direwolf20 for MC 1.6.4

Whats the bug? When running the direwolf20 mod pack the launcher freezes and MC will not load up. The last line in the console is ... 3 more. I tried to upload my console to pastebin but i got an error so i just copy/pasted into pastebin and threw the link above.
Can it be repeated? Yes. Every time i attempt to run direwolf20 mod pack
Known Fix: No idea.
Additionally, I have reinstalled java 7, deleted all mentions of FTB in %appdata%, put the ftb launcher in a folder on the desktop in the proper format and tried to re-do everything. Nothing seems to work.
