Direwolf20 (1.0.14) Missing Receipt

I'm running a Direwolf 20 (1.0.14) server

receipt: 2X INS Gold Cable
ID: 30184:4
Receipt owning mod: IC2

Mod requiring it: MachineMuse's modular power suites: Computer Chip

The receipt is not listed in NEI. also crafting it doesn't give item.
I don't know if it's turned off in the configs, user just notified me on the issue. I "Gave" him the finished item, Anyone else having this issue?

If MachineMuse is using a depricated item in a recipe, you should report this to her, not here.

it's not MachineMuse's problem. it's a missing Receipt. from IC2.

This is all that I'm reporting.

2X Gold Cables has been in IC2 for a while. now it's missing.

Except it is. They just renamed it "Gold Cable" or somesuch. It has the same recipe even. This has been covered in another thread. IC2 Exp is in a state of change.
