Direwolf 20 Server Not Starting

The Direwolf 20 server my friends and I have been playing on now gives me an error when running the StartServer.bat file. It says:

Detected following JVM error:
=======================================
Error occurred during initialization of VM
java/lang/NoClassDefFoundError: java/lang/Object
=======================================
JVM test failed. Can't run server, Exiting...
Press any key to continue . . .

I have reinstalled java and deleted the modpack to force the launcher to reinstall it. Does anyone have suggestions?
 
What java version do you have installed?

Open Command Prompt or PowerShell and type:

java -version

And show the results. (take a screenshot of the window and share here, use imgur.com and share the link)
