Details of the issue The Launcher stops like you can see in the screesnhot - after some minutes then it brakes down.
hmmm couldn`t I put in a screenshot ?
it hangs up at Modelloader: blocks - refinedstorage:constructer

sorry - additional information:
Trying to force an update brings following error message in the console:

Unhandled exception in Thread[AWT-EventQueue-0,6,main]: java.lang.NullPointerException

Not enough RAM you need at least 4GB for 1.10 and your system only has 4GB so it's time for a upgrade.
