Windows .exe Direwolf 20 1.6.4 Random Crashing

Operating System, Bit type: Windows 7, 64 Bit
Java Version/Update, bit type: Java 7, Update 10, 64 Bit.
Launcher Version: 1.3.4
Completed the troubleshooting guide(y/n): yes.

Description of the problem: I load up a single player world, and play for around 5 minutes, when suddenly it just crashes. I reopen the direwolf 20 pack, go back to the singleplayer world and it crashes again after five minutes. Happens on different single player worlds aswell.

Remove your exisiting version of java then reboot. Now install the latest x64 one from the link below. Also remove optifine because it can cause issues. If you really cannot play without it then you do so at your own risk.

Also you should be using the jvm arguments from the link below which will help. To add them copy and paste the contents from the spoiler tag into the JVM additional parameters box in advanced options.
