Direwolf 20 1.6.4 modpack crashing when loading a world!(no crash log)

You might think this is just another DW20 1.6.4 crash report, but the problem is I do not get a crash log.
When trying to load up my world (which has nothing special in it - a smeltery, chests, crafting table, grindstone) it just says :"Building World - Generating Terrain" and then it says " Shutting down internal server" and just exiting to the launcher.
I do not get any crashlog or any pastebin links to the logs.

I have reinstalled DW20 1.6.4 twice and installed the latest version of the 64 bit Java , and gave my Minecraft the same amount of RAM as I did before.

I presume this has to do something with the latest update of either the launcher or the pack, because before the last launcher update I could open my world normally.

java.lang.RuntimeException: Unknown character ' ' in '/saves/mapwriter_sp_worlds/New_World/fmapwriter.cg:1'

This one should be easy to fix. Back up your saves and configs to be safe. Then just delete the config that is listed in your saves folder. Unfortunately this will probably remove your waypoints and settings that you had saved such as position or shape of the map. It will however allow you to open the world and set them back. If you know how to edit configs/files you might be able to find out how it become corrupted and fix it so you can save your waypoints.

I Tried that but it didn't work for me but when I downloaded the pack it didn't download Java fo the pack like the rest of them all the 1.6.4 are not doing that for me how do I fix that

The packs don't download java because you should have java installed already.

The fix did not work for you because you don't have the same error as the op.

Follow the basic troubleshooting guide linked below. Follow the the guide exactly is it is written and don't deviate. If you still require help then follow the second link regarding logs.
