These Solutions were founded mostely solved by Ashzification and UniZero
If none of these works make sure you Redownloaded Java and installed X64bit, Redownloaded the mod pack and made sure you have no (other installed mods that were not given to you by the original modpack)

- Can't download pack. Done it 4 time now and keep getting error. Had download 3/4 of the pack before last error. - Make sure your antivirus isn't blocking the download.
- All players in server experiencing chunks not loading. no errors in console. Server has 12GB ram dedicated to it on a dedicated server. - Chunk errors happen. Try making a new world to see if the error persists

- The game starts off fine but after about 5 minutes the game begins to stall more and more frequently until it becomes unplayable. If I try to quit it freezes and says shutting down internal server. - You should be using Java 7 now.
- When i try to create a single player world to play the game freezes and won't work, it creates a folder of the world but when i start the game over it won't show on the single player world list. - Delete the mod pack folder and allow it to re-download.
- I saw the "shutting down internal server" screen, and then the screen went black. few minutes later, the game still hasn't completely shut down, but is unresponsive and has a black screen. I had to force quit MC to get out. - Could be just a random map glitch, recreate a world
- Game runs fine (60 fps on highest settings) for a few minutes then starts to freeze for a few seconds, then fps drops to zero and i get stuck on the "shutting down internal server" page. - Allocate more RAM (2-4GB)
- sqlite-jdbc-3.7.15-M1.jar is a 0 size file.
Seems to be required by denLibCore/denoflionsx.DenPipes

\Direwolf20_1_6_4\minecraft\mods\denLib\sqlite-jdbc-3.7.15-M1.jar - 0Kb. - Re-download FTB - unknown keep running into issues where the FTB launcher will crash completely or ill get kicked from the server saying minecraft has ran out of memory. - Try allocating more in the FTB launcher config.
