Problem Direwolf 20 1.0.18 Server Crash

So our direwolf20 server started to crash for no apparent reason yesterday. This happens when 2 people are logged into the server it is fine with 1 but any more and it crashes. Here is the crash log http://pastebin.com/2DpQzxSk

Is the crash replicatable without MCPC+?

you need to update mcpc+ its an issue with spigot that cropped up for everyone yesterday
