Direwolf 1.6.4 - No biome of plenty on server?

I start a server with modpack and now i see only 2-3 biome not vanilla, so i check biome settings and i see most biomes are disabled, this is normal? Because i dont like know "i've biome o plenty but only a few biomes spawns".

They are disabled I assume for a reason. You can if you wish enable them but on an existing world it will look weird.
