hey just came here today to ask if someone could have a look at this please when i try and join my server i get an error saying internal server error heres the crash report

Your java is horribly out of date. Update it to the latest one and remove any previous versions.

when i run windows update it says that iv got the latest java

Windows update is not suggested to get, nor check to see if you have, the latest update for Java. Check this guide for info on where to get the latest version. Be sure to remove all other versions of Java including all the other updates.
