Crash after using Iron spikes with Maze slime

Please tell me how to fix it.

I would try updating morph to version 0.5.0 because i think that the morph mod thinks the iron spikes are a player.

The world got corrupted after a few trial run and i have to use the previous day backup.I tested by creating a new world with exact settings after updating morph.
Yup,updating to morph 0.5.0 fixed the problem.Thank you UniZero
