Windows .jar Dire pack not initializing - fixed!

Ive reinstalled my java and looked for any solutions i could find already posted but nothing seems to fit. the game is crashing during the initialization and creating an error report ive pasted it here

I followed those steps again and i dont know what was different the second time but its working now thanks!
