Digging for some old mods (b1.7.3)

Because my laptop can't run the newer versions of MC, I've been playing beta 1.7.3 on it. I managed to find some old mods for it too, but there are a few that seem to have been lost in the sands of time, and I was wondering if anyone happened to still have them lying around in an old archive or something.

What I'm looking for are:
1. Pchan3's Airship mod
2. Portal Gun mod
3. Risugami's Recipe Book

If anybody happens to have the Beta 1.7.3 version of those mods I would be eternally grateful. ^^;
 
Instead of Risugami's Recipe Book, you can use CraftGuide. I think the b1.7.3 version is in the archives on their MC thread. I didn't think Portal gun came out until after Release, I don't recall seeing it before 1.2.5 and the 'golden age' before 1.3 trimmed everything back.
 
I went through something similar once when trying to get some mods together for that version.

The only thing I can help you with is Recipe Book. I can't remember where I found it, but I did decompile it and browse through it to make sure it was safe.

I don't know if there was actually a version for b1.7.3, but I do remember you used to have to make a "mysterious substance" out of redstone and lapis, but that was replaced by ender pearls in the post-release versions.

About that "Golden Age", it is nice that Tekkit Classic is still available to play, but I feel that for the most part, mods have improved since then. More balanced, more creative solutions, etc. Plus EE2 is back as ProjectE I think it's called if you liked that. ^^ I think it's even more overpowered now though.
 
The mods you're putting together will almost certainly be more fun, but if you're into these old versions you might be interested in something I've been doing lately. The b1.7.3 version won't be compatible with ModLoader/Forge, but the a1.2.6 has more features anyway.
 
While we're at the subject, does anyone know where I can find an old version of additional pipes/teleport pipes for beta 1.7.3 ? zeldokavira.com is gone so no luck in trying the download links on the minecraftforum post. I'd really appreciate if someone can find something similiar to teleport pipes, preferably with smp support.
 
I went looking and found Arcanacraft lol (Thaumcraft 1 before the name change).

Edit: Just found 303's Grapple Hook.

Got hold of 1.6.4 Burptech code; just have to get my dev environment working properly to update it.

Here is portal gun 1.7.3 if you want it. Its a jar mod just so you know

All of these links have broken! I was really looking forward to finally getting Redpower 1! I have a 1.7.3 RP worldsave I've been saving for a few years hoping I could find a copy! It's a really compact ripple-carry adder and hexadecimal display that I want to examine more closely.

The airship mod works great (I forgot it had a funny face on the balloon, that's great) but Redpower causes a crash:

You definitely have the wrong version of Forge (or no Forge at all), the last version for Beta 1.7.3 was 1.0.6: https://sourceforge.net/projects/minecraftforge/files/1.0.6/
