FTB - Filler vs Quarry

TLDW: Filler is cheaper and faster than a quarry, but more annoying to use. Also, fillers apparently require significantly less energy.

Unfortunately, I didn't know about filler changes until after recording this. Decided to upload anyway, since the info is relevant until FTB packs start using a newer buildcraft version.
