Difference between yogpack and FTB ultimate?

My friends made there private server on yogpack. And its what i have on my SSP right now. But i dont have the likes of mystcraft, whats the difference?

Mystcraft is easily my favorite mod. But if you haven't experienced any of the Myst lore, either through the games or the books, it's probably not all that exciting for you. If you like the idea of having many multiple worlds, it still might be nice.

Quite an easy answer:

Ultimate: all the mods.
Yogpack: Only mods the Yogs' wanted.

More specific differences can be found in the launcher, there is a mod-list for both packs.

Check the FTB Pack Comparison link in my signature. Mystcraft is probably one of the more minor mods you don't have; it lets you create more dimensions to your specifications.
