well, first thing its not a person.
second thing: if I remember correctly you travel by spaceship thus it can take control of said space ship
third it took control over all living beings to grand it more processing power and their magical abilities if they had them.

What I meant was, how does it control people? Psychic powers? Nanobots in the bloodstream? Reverse Psychology?

I think it does it by manipulating the electrons in someones brain. but honesty I have no clue how it is then able to make them ghost/hologram like and let them shoot lightning out their hands.

ok, I have read a little bit about it and the way it seems to work is that XANA makes a program and then gives said program a " physical" form that possess people and objects. I have no idea how this works but whatever.

However it works, it probably doesn't against omnipotent beings such as myself.

well, considering the fact that it also can go back in time to make it self more powerful(don't even ask how a quantom computer can revert time and gets faster because of it) and the fact that it has control over all beings to make it self more powerful because hive mid behavior + programs are awesome, I think it is able to find a way.

Doubtful. While in my true form, my power is beyond infinite. I can destroy it and everything it ever was with a mere thought.

to do that though you need to destroy the whole universe and if you don't watch out it just reverts time.

and as I showed it a way to my multiverse you also need to destroy that which is going to be a great challenge for you
