Deployer or an thing like it

Hello,

at the moment i'm working on a Computercraft controlled warehouse, but i couldn't find any instrument which work like a deployer. I use Direwolf20 1.7.10.
I'm searching for a part which takes Items out of a chest by redstone signal. Is there anything i can use for that?

Buildcraft gate on a wooden pipe with a pulsating chipset, or servo on an item duct set to pull 1 item on high redstone signal

Botania Open Crate also could work, just attach a thermal expansion duct with a servo to the chest and connect it to the crate.
