Deploy latest LWJGL with every new Minecraft update/download via launcher?

I'm offering this as a suggestion because a lot of problems I'm seeing, particularly with 64-bit machines, are due to the outdated LWJGL components supplied with the native Minecraft install. I don't know how this fits into things in terms of distribution permissions for LWJGL, but if it were possible it would make maintaining the pack(s) much easier for the user instead of having to do so much post-update maintenance.
 
The latest version causes button lockups on my brother's and my computers.

2.8.4 works fine. Sometimes 2.8.5 works fine , other times it won't accept multiple button presses....like a queuing system doesn't work or something.
 
upgrading to 2.8.4 is the first thing i do on any (and every) new mod pack i install.

this would be great!
