Departed Server crashing

Details of the issue:
Server wont launch, it launched on a different computer. i did a complete copy of the folder and it spews out the error codes every 10 or so seconds.​

Did you run FTBInstall.bat to download required libraries?

Im using an FTP client to connect to the host. i did that previously and it worked. Do i need to do it again? Im using multicraft and loaded the departed .jar in the "jar file" area. Then it gave error codes that there wasnt a jar, and that it checked , [jar/FTBDeparted]. I placed it in there and it spit out the errors i posted above. I first tried with libraries in the root theb i tried with it in the jar folder. Diffrent error codes, no fix.
