DenLib Crashing My 1.1.7 Unleashed [Solved]

I have no idea where to go from where I am now. I have done fresh installs and restarts of both Java and FTB. I have removed all traces of FTB/Java restarted and then fresh installs of both to no avail, I have disabled DenLib/Removed it, gotten the QuickFix and nothing has worked. Not sure what to do from here, but here is the pastbin http://pastebin.com/kPv4qHnh. Please help if possible.

Line 161 reads "C:\Users\GrantTemp\Desktop\FTB\Unleashed\minecraft\config\ChickenChunks.cfg (The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a user-mapped section open)"

This crash is becoming common. This is often caused by an over zealous antivirus program. You can try adding the launcher folder to the exclusions list of your antivirus program that seems to fix the error for most.

Thanks for the help, I had to go through all the trouble of uninstalling Trend and reinstalling so it would allow me to add it to the exception list. Also thanks for such a fast reply.
