Deleting Mods

Pretty simple question, i could test it out myself.
But just wanted to know what happens to the ore blocks and tools from that mod?.
Will they just be missing or will it make some kind of problem, since i want to delete minicry i think its called because i dont like it too much.

Those blocks will go away & I believe they will be replaced by air.
