So I have a wooden pipe with an autarchic iron AND gate connected to a autocrafting table. I want the gate to send an energy pulse every 1.35 seconds, so I have an RP timer set up to it and have the gate to send an energy pulse when the redstone signal is off. However, the output is SO unreliable; it only pulls out the items and turns on every 3 pulses or so (but sometimes every 2, or every pulse). When I right click to open the GUI, I see the bar in between the output and input options light up every redstone pulse, but the gate itself does not work.
So, whats the problem here?
P.S. I thought it might be because the timer's pulse is so short, so I tried a vanilla repeater to lengthen the pulse to 1 tick. No success.

Why don't you tell us what your actual goal is?

I work in IT and people are constantly coming to me asking how to do some complex thing or another. Most of the time if I ask them what they are actually trying to accomplish it turns out there is a way simpler solution than the convoluted method they are trying to use.

Yeah, I've found that autarchic gates can't be controlled that precisely. In situations where I want something like this, usually I have to either make do with pipe empty = energy pulser (slower than 1.35 seconds per pulse), or use some pipe wire logic to pull out a bunch of items and then wait for a condition before pulling more (usually space in inventory = red pipe signal, red pipe signal = energy pulser).

I have a deployer-block breaker based wheat farm using bonemeal. I have the block breaker and the deployers going at 0.45 seconds, and I want the farm to have just enough bonemeal so that it will never run short nor overflow, which is why I need it precisely at 1 pulse per 1.35 seconds (makes 3 bonemeal). I think my way might be the only way to really solve this porblem, but any other method (that does not take too many resources or space) would be welcome.

Skip pipes completely and use clay wooden golems from Thaumcraft to keep the deployers either stocked with X bonemeal or just have them filll it up completely and never look at it again.

Hmm, that's a great solution, but I haven' t got that far in TC yet :p
Well, I'll end up going with that if I can't figure this out soon.
