Default Permissions.yml for a FTB Server

Hi,

i am running a FTB Unleashed Server with BukkitForge and a few Plugins like WorldGuard and Essentials.
I am trying to get my Permissions to work and to set up Groups.

For that i edited the default permissions.yml wit the help from this Thread: https://forums.bukkit.org/threads/bukkit-guide-permissions.50305/

now i am wondering are there any ingame Commands to add a user to a Group or even better is there a way to Trigger a user into a group if he has done something? Like Pressing a sign or Button?

i was reading that permissionex and essentials group manager dont work very well with FTB? anyone an idea how to the best solutions for permissions on a FTB server is?

So for now i am Using Essentials Groupmanager which worked for me so far, only thing you can stumble about is the world names: in my case the folder of my world is called "world" but in game it says the default world is overworld (also in worldguard/worlds where you find the name of the other worlds if you try to mirror the groups and users)

after changing this and mirroring it to nether, the_end and twilight forest its all good and fits all my needs!
