Cant just be me that has noticed the lack of mods on DIrewolf20's new modpack compared to previous?

Has anyone figured a way to regulate the lava into the deep resonance tank to give the best crystal? I tried using the liquid monitor from rf tools but it isnt detecting the tanks from enderio or deep resonance?

Also anyone have any idea on when the other normal mods such as thaumcraft and buildcraft will be ready to be added/be added?

1: a lot of the mods dire uses haven't updated yet (i.e. Thermal expansion, buildcraft, thaumcraft)

2: never tried to be honest.

3: when they're updated. Patience is a virtue

RFTools Control can regulate fluids. Hell, it's from the same author.

And a new version of Minecraft brings a new perceived normal and different mods are the new normal now (Actually Additions, RFTools + add-ons etc). You're gonna have to live with it

Thaumcraft isn't supposed to be until Janurary so another month atleast.

Yea I would also suggest RFTools Control. Might be able to use fluid conduits and a liquid monitor to turn on and off the extraction of lava. With a normal fluid conduit it might be slow enough to work!

As for lack of mods....absolutely. My main problems is the balance in the new mods are a bit off. Can't wait for either Infinity evolved expert mode or Infitech 3.

I actually like this modpack so far, many mods are ones i have not used.

The 'Actually Additions' Mod is really interesting, quite a lot of depth too.

And it has AE2 and EnderIO and IC2, so plenty of tech mods.

I am actually going to deep into Forestry when the time comes, it's a mod that so many seem to ignore but has an enormous amount of depth as well.

You can automate this with RFTools Control but also with basic RFTools liquid monitor and EnderIO liquid conduits which can transfer liquids when they get a redstone signal.

You can even automate the tank with vanilla as it supports a normal comparator

The rf tools liquid monitor doesnt work, When placed next to either the enderio tank or deep resonance tank it doesnt display them on the gui and so isnt recognising them as tanks? Thanks for the suggestions though!

Yeah I usually play infinity evolved, however I do enjoy direwolf's youtube stream so thought I'd try something new, but definitely is a different experience due to a smaller amount of mods, also currently finding alot of bugs regarding compatibility between mods e.g. immersive engineering doesnt seem to work properly with enderio's energy conduits.

You would probably like All The Mods : Expert. I've played Infitech for years and IE:E and have loved all of them. I'm currently playing ATM non-Expert, but have been following the ATM:E thread and am looking forward to starting a new ATM:E world once I get 'tired' of my normal ATM world.
