Dedicated Server ?

So i bought a dedicated server today and i want to install FTB on it i have a couple questions
- How should i install FTB to a dedicated server (i already searched didnt done it well, i have the FTB installed on minecraft singleplayer but i cant join my server now )
-do my friends need to download ftb to play with me ?
- If u have a nice explain for that pm me to add me on skype or just post here

Yes your friends will need FTB as well to join the server. They will need the exact same mods and configs, otherwise they won't be able to connect.
Have you port forwarded your server? Not doing that will prevent people from being able to connect. Also, be aware that port forwarding opens up your network to hackers, so I suggest making the server whitelisted and only giving the IP to friends.

my friends (when the i didnt had FTB installed) could join, but now they cant do i need to setup anything in the comand of the server in the website of the hoster ?
My friends should download the same exact thing i downloaded ?

So it's remote hosted? Good, safer that way.
Yes, they need the same pack, and the same pack version to join. If you whitelisted the server, put in the server console /whitelist add (name of player)

There are several tutorials on the internet on how to set up a forge server.

My version of mine is 1.7.4 will it affect the FTB ?

There are no FTB packs for 1.7. I suggest using 1.6.4, since all the mods and Forge for 1.7 is in early development and may not be stable at all.
