DE 1.10 incomplete?

Is DE 1.10 complete or not? The in-game book is scant at best (though, I like the graphical layout). I seem to be able to enchant armor, but can no longer modify armor with enchanted books? In fact, it seems like armor/tool/wpn modification is by infusion crafting only?

But, while I can enchant armor, I can't enchant weapons? Tools?

Is there an update coming?

It's not complete, the tooltips on some things say "WIP, mostly complete though" so yeah I'd imagine it will be completed at some stage, wait patiently for the lovely mod author to expend their own personal time to increase your enjoyment of Minecraft.

I imagine that there's updates coming, but Dire wanted to kick of season 8, so he and the FTB team have launched the pack with enough mods to provide quite a lot of things to explore.

I am happy with what's there, i've never done redstone programming before and the power solution with the 'Actually Additions' modpack is very clever, i've managed to get it going myself
after watching his video with the empowered canola oil and my oil generators are making 350/Tick each That's damned nice for early game.

Actually Additions is 'Actually' a really interesting mod, think i'll tinker around with the Engineering mod next and scale things up a bit.
