Daybreaker crash on server connection.

Details of the issue:
One day I fell into a narrow pit of sand trying to collect some drops on a friends server. The client crashed. The client crashes every time I connect to this server. It does not crash on single player maps, and other players can connect to this server with no problem. I have restarted computer, updated java, and had the server restart. Hopefully there is a way to proceed without deleting my player.dat.​

Ask for someone to go visit the problem-zone and try to get rid of the sand at the spot you're logged out at. If they crash when they go nearby, might need to use an external program like MCedit to fix the chunk.

The sand has been removed, but it has made no difference. Other players are still completely unaffected.
