Dartcraft experience tomes? (how do i make them?)

Enchanted books are from the vanilla enchanting system. You need to make an Enchanting table. You can then trade Xp levels for enchants on gear, or enchants stored on books if you put a vanilla book in the table. Surrounding the table with up to 15 bookshelves will increase the maximum enchanting level to 30 xp levels worth.
It's used in a Force Infuser to apply enchantment to DartCraft tools/weapons/armor.
Not to be confused with an Enchantment Book from vanilla. They aren't the same thing. Though you probably figured that out by now.

You're thinking of an Upgrade tome, which is for the infuser. The Experience tome is a xp storage device that you can transfer your xp to and from.
It is made by tossing an enchanted book on the ground, click with Force Rod to get Bottle o'Enchanting. The a normal book in the Infuser and put in a bottle.
The tome of experience is really handy for pre xp-farm game. If you happen to have gained say 34 levels. Normally you would go and enchant something with 30 levels and have 4 levels left. But due to the diminishing return on Xp levels, you get fewer and fewer levels pr point of Xp the higher level you are. If you instead store those 4 levels worth of Xp in the Tome and then go and enchant using the 30, when you take back the Xp in the tome you gain around 16+ levels!
