Dang messed up Ultimate modpack? Help?

I... well... sort of messed up big time on FTB. I added in a 128x res texture pack with an addon for ftb- sphax, and when i try to re-download, it won't download. It will get stuck, and I can't get back on. Please, anyone, I love this modpack, HELP!!!!!!!!!!!
