Customized version of FTB Ultimate not working?

I customized FTB Ultimate, then I updated to the newest version and re-added the mods/config edits back, however it seems to freeze for some reason now. Here is where it freezes at in the log:

2013-06-06 17:03:10 [INFO] [STDOUT] setupTexture: "/miscperipherals/sprite/sprites.png", id: 13
Why does it freeze there? If I need to post more please tell me.

It turns out it was Ars Magica. Just removed that.
