Curse client unable to install ANY FTB mod pack

Details of the issue:
The Curse Launcher fails to download mod packs, after about 80 or 90 mod's out of just over 120 mods for the Infinity Evolved mod pack an error dialogue appears stating that the 'file is not available', then you are taken back to the main curse screen with the mod pack listed with the button 'play' listed underneath it.

I have tried for quite some time to get the curse launcher to download any FTB Mod pack without success.

Software looks to be extremely buggy and unreliable.​

Did you report that to Curse? Did you check your firewall/antivirus logs?
