AOBD 2.3.1 - Gany's Nether compatibility will crash for now & bug fixes!

AOBD will keep crashing with Gany's Nether installed until I release an update to Gany's Nether. Disable the Gany's Nether support in the config file until such update comes out!
-Fix crash with items it can't retrieve an icon from
-Fix items being created for blacklisted metals
-Fix some recipes being created twice
