I was in a hurry. Must have missread it.

Just download a ftp client like filezilla and putin the ftp info you get from CH. You can also find the info on your CH controllpannel
 
If you're just trying to get FTB onto your server there's a dropdown list that will do it for you.

Look in "Minecraft" --> "Change server jar" then select which pack you want from the dropdown and hit install. Takes a little bit of time, but it's all done for you.
