Solved Creeper and Enderman spawning problem

Title Creeper and Enderman spawning problem

Details of the issue Basically, any enderman or creeper that is spawned outside of Minecraft's vanilla spawning system get deleted from the world after a split second.

Update: I found out that it was the Millenaire mod all along. It prevents creepers and Endermen from spawning within its villages.
