Problem Creative world

I have removed multiverse for extreem lag because of twilight mobs and now I need a way hopefully with PEX to make it put you in creative when you enter a certain world. Can I do this without adding plugins or what plugin besides multiverse will do this?

You could give the ability to use the command only on that world, but they could just leave the world in creative. Your going to need some type of plugin to keep track of it.

What plugin would work well? I only need it to put a player in creative when entering the world and I can't use multiverse (does't work well with the twilight).
