Creative Bug

Hello everybody.
I hope anybody can help me because after a long search i found nothing that ma be the same problem that I have, so:

I play on a Server with a normal FTB ModPack: FTB LITE + some ModPacks manual added from Ultimate.
After some Weeks of normal playing i joined creative mode because i am OP and logged off. I logged on again and continue playing. After i changed my gamemode BACK to survival everything went wrong.
Always if i teleport with a Linkin Book(Mystcraft) or relog i am in Creative mode BUT the Mode is not normal because: if i fly i get kicked because flying is not allowed, if i get some blocks from my creative mode inventory i place them and they instant will disappear and last but not least if i destory a block onehit (because of creative) its gone on my screen, but lal other player can still see the block and walk over it. also i can't cross trough it so it is still there but invisible.
and yes i also get damage from, any source wich normal dmg player... so i am in a FALSE creative mode...

Maybee someone can help me

Ask the server owner to delete your player file.

Since you've opened a ticket on the help desk, I'd like you to try what I suggested there with the NEI cheat mode workaround.

I tried this too...
After relog or teleport with linkin book i am again in this fake gamemode

Change your gamemode to survival trough NEI. It is C+ that is bugging.

I can't believ that i didn't saw the little C in my Screen was Activated...
Ok now everything is normal again AFTER SO MANY DAYS
