I am currently playing on a whitelist server and asking for some ideas to build. The ideas need to improve life or minecraft for me in some way and have to be realistic. It doesnt have to be something you have done but sounds possible.

Do you find yourself needing item X,Y and Z very often? Build an autocrafting station for it, controlled via self-coded ComputerCraft.

If the server has some friends on it make a community area near spawn with a bee and tree breeding area complete with extra bee machines. Another thing to add to the community area that is pretty cheap overall is an assembly table + lasers to make gates.

Oh my I nearly just fell out of my chair.. I am going to have to do that at some point.

Do forestry farms fall in the unrealistic category? because if not, biofuel is always a good early step for comunities, or you could just go through thaumcraft if your bored.

As an alternative to the quarry -> pipe -> crucible thing, you could make a cobble generator and hook it up that ways. Not as -many- aspects with which to pollute the aether, but you don't end up wasting any precious materials!

...This is something I must do. Wisp spawner!

They're undervalued in Ireland too, mainly the humour here is gay jokes :/ gets boring after a while (I'm English living in Ireland the past 8 years fyi)
