running into an issue trying to insert the ppk file into the winscp after generating a key throough creeperhost and I cannot find any answer ive been talking to creeper host themselves for a couple now and would loikek to fix this as ive already payed for the server
 
Contact creeper host and have them help you out, if you payed for a server then support should be handled from them.
 
ive tried and it seems to be on my end ive been talking to them for days but its an issue with my pc or soemthign missing ive followed there guides but I'm missing something
