What graphics card do you have and what driver is it running?
An uncommon problem several people are having it seems is that they have an NVidia Graphics card and they updated to the latest driver (378.49) and its causing games to crash on the launcher loading phases. If you have done this then try rolling back your driver or download the previous driver from NVidia and try running the game again.
