Windows .jar Crashing whenever I try to join my server.

I was playing normally and i decided to use a few wireless redstone bits and suddenly it crashed my game and it keeps doing so.Im on the Mindcrack pack, please help me if you know how to fix this.

Okay first be sure to Backup the world. What I am going to suggest trying will probably remove all the items from your character, but may give you your world back. Try deleting your player.dat file after you backup.
