Crashing when join server.

Title Crashing when join server.

Modpack Infinity Lite 1.10

Modpack version 1.10 (mc) Recommended (1.8.0 i think)

Details of the issue Basically, this started happening a few days ago where I joined the server I was playing on and it loaded in and then froze down to like 5 fps (i usually get about 100-150 avg maybe more 100) and then it just kicks me and crashes my game. I am not sure why this has happened. That log is the latest log and I was at my base and it was a bit laggy but not too bad, I told the owner that this was happening and he said he would unload some chunks so I walked around my base loading them, towards the end I then walk to my friends base and it crashes me. It must be something over there. I don;t know if you can see from the log.
I don't know why you only post the log as it doesn't help with my situation but here is the crash report:

Did you try without optifine? FYI, that's modification for pack.

By log do you mean crash report or just the log from minecraft. Also sorry I forgot that I even had optifine in there. My bad.

Ok, well that actually seems to have fixed the issue! If you wouldn't mind could you tell me why optifine was causing the crash? If it's complicated don't bother but I would like to know. Thanks so much you two!
