Crashing when i join a server

Hi, so I join a server, and when i log in, my game freezes and crashes, then it gives me a crash report.
How can I fix it so I dont crash?

Looks like a bug in traincraft(?) or save corruption on the server side. If you know anyone on the sever, you could ask then to try going to your location (although this may also crash them) and remove any traincraft(?) workbenches, as they seem to be causing the problem.

I cant get on the server, as soo as i join, it crashes.
