Crashing when ever I open my inventory with Optifine and NEI.

OK so I'm not sure if this is Optifine or NEI I can't figure out which is causing the issue but, whenever I have them both installed in my Feed The Beast Direwolf20 Modpack, I start to crash every couple of minutes, sooner if I open my inventory. Uninstalling one or the other mod fixes this crash. Currently I have NEI uninstalled as I need Optifine to be able to play on the server I am Admin on. So I was wondering is this an Optifine or NEI issue? or something else I am missing completely?

I have this exact same problem. I really hope someone who knows teh answer comes here soon... meanwhile, *Bookmarks page* ill be looking here often.

Try updating forge (file.minecraftforge.net) and optifine.
