Title Crashing upon load

Details of the issue I have disabled the splash screen in order to get past bugs related to the splash screen, but upon seeing the Mojang logo I get the crash message saying "Java(TM) Platform SE binary has stopped working".

I have updated Java to 8u121 and re downloaded the pack.
