Windows .exe Crashing??? Please Help!

I'm haveing trouble with the parameters (Is this for Macs)

No, they aren't just for mac. Anyway, to enter the parameter in, go to the ftb launcher, go to options and select advanced options. Where it says Extra java params, enter in the parameter you found.
