Crashing from clicking Mystcraft items.

Hey.

I'm having an issue on my server.
I'm running FTB Ultimate.
A few of us were getting into mystcraft and went to quite a few worlds.
So many I was worried about how many were made so I went into my minecraft folder for the server and in the world folder deleted all the dimensions. Then I'd go into the data folder and deleted all the info there.
It was working fine, then it just stopped working.

Now everytime I right click a Descriptive Book or Writing desk, I get kicked with some server error.
In the server console the warning reads:

That is the correct way to remove dimensions.

Then I'd go into the data folder and deleted all the info there.

You don't need to do that. I think that is where you problem came from.

Hmm. they were the same name as the dimensions so I just deleted them.

Is there anyway I may be able to fix this without having to start a new world?
