Mac Crashing due to liquid tesseract

Ok so im setting up some stuff, and for some reason i used a force wrench on a liquid tesseract, so it is not it is usually inventory form, whenever I open up my inventory, it crashes or whenever i mouse over the tesseract. In my NEI, i have "Liquid Tes" in the search bar with the yellow bar around it. Hopefully someone can give me help. Thanks for your time!
