No mods added, I own a server and it is on Update 1.5.3 (1.10.2) I use the Curse app to get to the "play" button and I've "repaired minecraft" several times in the hopes that that was going to fix it. I was able to play it a while ago but I've also been experiencing 80+ frames then when I move around some it lags for about 4 seconds so (on all forms of modpacks, even vanilla+)

i didnt update it, i had played it a few weeks ago but i havnt changed anything from what it was (when i was playing) yes, i did add optifine but it worked prior

According to log there is duplicate mods in your instance. Failed update would have explain that. Check your instance and remove duplicated mods.

there was Foamfix-0.6.2-beta4-anarchy and Foamfix-0.6.2-anarchy. thank you, it works now. Also, I know you're not computer support but every time I play modded MC, i will get around 80fps and then I get lag for about 4 seconds then it's back to ~80fps, it looks like my Disk usage is at 0.2% and when I play vanilla it is around 28% with ~120fps(on servers and sp) is there a way to force my computer into taking in more information so that it has to use my Disk or.. what.. because this is happening with all modpacks

I have my power mode set to Performance, FRAPS is always running (I've tried the modpacks without it and they run slower)

hey, sorry I haven't replied sooner, I was working with my father all weekend. I followed what https://support.feed-the-beast.com/faq/twitchLogUpload says but .. my logs look like gibberish, not what the pic suggests. It was the first log that was shown, so I just followed the steps. AAAAND it won't let me paste it into a post it just comes up with "‹"
