Crashes when try to join server​

Details of the issue:

when I try to join a friends server I get a message displaying that several mods were rejected. No way of capturing the screen but had link for what the console says.​

In the launcher's options tab, check the boxes "Show Console" and "Reopen launcher when Minecraft exits". Then launch your pack again and when the crash/error/other problem occurs, click the "upload log" button in console window and give us the link.

Also recheck your launcher and server versions.
